Records and Information Management Specialist

Rebeccah Baker is a Records and Information Management Specialist at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She is responsible for electronic records management, records management policies, and litigation holds at NIH. Prior to joining NIH, Ms. Baker served as an Archivist within the Electronic Records Division at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). At NARA she processed terabytes of electronic records, was responsible for all Department of the Interior accessions, and served as the point of contact for GIS and CAD records. She was a speaker at the Society of American Archivists (SAA) and a virtual presenter for the international EARK4ALL Geopreservation Conference in Slovenia. Ms. Baker has a master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLS) from the University of Maryland iSchool with a specialization in the Curation and Management of Digital Assets.
