As a member of the Konica Minolta executive team, Scott Swidersky is involved in the overall management and direction of the organization. Among his managerial responsibilities, he serves as Vice President of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Konica Minolta Business Solutions and is President of Quality Associates (QAI). With more than 20 years of experience in the document management field, Mr. Swidersky holds a deep understanding of compliance requirements and integrated solutions. Under his leadership, QAI is today recognized as a full-service systems integrator and value-added reseller (VAR) with a proven track record supporting organizations that require innovative document management and ECM solutions. Additionally, Mr. Swidersky played a key role in forming the QAI subsidiary, DocPoint Solutions (DocPoint), which provides a full range of consultative services, support and ECM software. Like its parent company, QAI, DocPoint is a certified GSA Federal Supply Service (FSS) contract holder. Mr. Swidersky holds a bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville University and is an active member of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM).
