Scott Swidersky serves as vice president of enterprise content management (ECM), Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. and president of its ECM division, Quality Associates Inc. (QAI). As a member of the executive leadership team, Mr. Swidersky is involved in the overall management and direction of the organization.

With more than 20 years of experience in the records management field, Mr. Swidersky is widely acknowledged as a digital fitness expert. He holds a deep understanding of compliance requirements and integrated solutions and actively guides agencies through digital performance transformations, enterprise-wide records compliance programs and records management integrations, leading to sustainable operational and financial impact and greater organizational health. Under his leadership, QAI is today recognized as a full-service systems integrator and value-added reseller (VAR) with a proven track record supporting organizations that require innovative document management and ECM solutions. Additionally, Mr. Swidersky played a key role in forming the QAI subsidiary, DocPoint Solutions, which provides a full range of consultative services, support and ECM software. Like its parent company, QAI, DocPoint Solutions is a certified GSA Federal Supply Service (FSS) contract holder.

Mr. Swidersky holds a bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville University, Florida, and is an active member of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM).
