Ms. Patrice Arnold is an accomplished Senior Cyber Security Specialist who is currently serving as the Cybersecurity Contracts Manager, Cybersecurity Division, Office of the Chief Information Officer, FEMA, DHS. In this position, she serving as the Acting Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (DCISO) and a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Level III for multidimensional million dollar Cyber Security contracts. Ms. Arnold has over 20 years of information technology (IT) experience in developing and implementing cyber security programs with a proven and verifiable record of exceeding expectations within cost and timelines. Ms. Arnold is known for attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving skill sets. Ms. Arnold is a motivated, innovative, growth-oriented Cybersecurity professional with a positive and can-do spirit that fosters team building and strong relationships. She has earned the trust and respect from her subordinates, peers, and supervisors alike. Prior to becoming a Federal employee, Ms. Arnold was a Cybersecurity consultant in private sector for both federal government and commercial sector IT programs.
