FedRAMP Agency Evangelist

Ashley Mahan is the General Services Administration’s (GSA) first Agency Evangelist for the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP). Ashley is a trusted liaison between Federal Agencies, Industry Cloud Services Providers, and other stakeholder groups advocating for and facilitating the adoption of secure cloud technologies across the federal Government. Ashley leverages collaboration and consensus building as key tools to bring together parties and people, and relishes the opportunity to pave a path towards secure cloud adoption in government for all agencies.
In previous roles, Ashley provided leadership, strategy, and cybersecurity expertise to multiple Federal Partners (DoD/LEA/IC/Civil). Ashley earned a number of awards for her leadership, subject matter expertise, and dedication to excellence.
Ashley completed her M.S. in Information Technology at the University of Maryland, University College and received an undergraduate degree in Business from Virginia Tech. She holds a variety of certificates in Project Management and Cybersecurity.
