Mr. Ginty began his federal career as an Army Materiel Command Intern Contract Specialist stationed at the US Army’s Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) located at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. After graduating from the intern program, he continued his federal service career with CECOM, serving as contract specialist responsible for acquiring major weapon systems, services and supplies in support of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Community. Mr. Ginty moved on to continue his career with Department of Veterans Affairs in September 2009. In August 2012 Mr. Ginty was promoted to a Contracting Officer within the Technology Acquisition Center in Eatontown, NJ. In this role, he is directly responsible for the acquisition planning, execution and management of goods and services in support of Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Information and Technology. Currently, Mr. Ginty is the Contracting Officer responsible for the successful execution of the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) suite of contracts with a ceiling of $22.3 billion.

Mr. Ginty received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance and a Minor in Information Systems from Susquehanna University. He holds a Level III Unlimited Warrant, a Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) Level III in Contracting, and a FAC Level I in Program Management.
