Ms. Roya Konzman is the Senior Information Technology Specialist within the Office of IT Schedule Programs, Office of Integrated Technology Services (ITS) in GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). The Federal Acquisition Service provides buying platforms and acquisition services to Federal, State and Local governments for a broad range of items from office supplies to motor vehicles to information technology and telecommunications products and services. As an organization within FAS, ITS provides access to a wide range of commercial and custom IT products, services and solutions.

Ms. Konzman has over twenty years of program management and technical experience in overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance of Information Technology (IT) programs in both government and private industry. In her current role, Ms. Konzman provides her IT expertise to customer agencies with the review and further definition of IT requirements for IT Schedule 70 scope determinations. Ms. Konzman is leading the effort for Health IT SIN for IT Schedule 70; she is working closely with customer agencies and industry partners to define Health IT SIN requirements, vendor capabilities and evaluation criteria.

Prior to joining GSA, Ms. Konzman worked at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on a number of different positions including serving as the Branch Chief for office of New Reactor (NRO), Information Technology Branch, where she managed the development, maintenance, and implementation of NRO’s IT infrastructure. And prior to working for the NRC, Ms. Konzman worked for private industry where she supported many government agencies with IT requirements.

Ms. Konzman is Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University and a Master of Science degree from George Washington University in Computer Information Technology.
