Since joining the National Institutes of Health in 2009, Michelle Street has led complex management initiatives impacting NITAAC, including advising senior management on key projects, authoring high-level reports and responses on behalf of the program, serving as lead policy analyst, developing requirements for the program’s web-based competition management systems (e-GOS), managing the customer service program and developing the customer training program. She also supervises the communications and customer support and outreach divisions. She currently holds a Level III Federal Acquisition Certificate in Contracting (FAC-C) and uses this background and to enhance federal employee knowledge of Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and fulfill mission critical information technology requirements.
