Business Management Specialist, GSA Small Business GWAC Division
The GSA has a number of widely used IT-centric Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACS) that help the agency’s customers meet their mission critical IT goals. This break-out session will provide attendees with a unique opportunity for an in-person, in-depth Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) training experience for all four of the GSA’s key GWAC programs including; Alliant, Alliant Small Business, 8(a)STARS II and VETS. As a result of participation, attendees will become certified in these contracts and gain the ability to issue task orders against them. The training will cover; scope, ordering process, roles and responsibilities, resources and how to request a DPA and is designed for contract officers, contract specialists, contracting officer’s technical representatives and program managers.
