AT&T exec to join Input

Thomas Sisti will leave AT&T Government Solutions to become a vice president with Input.

Thomas Sisti, senior counsel at AT&T Government Solutions, will join government market research firm Input Dec. 8, an Input spokeswoman said. Sisti will be vice president of consulting services for the firm.

"He's an expert in procurement law and government," said Input executive vice president Kevin Plexico. "He has a very deep understanding of how the politics of the industry impact the industry. He's tremendously well-respected."

However, Sisti doesn't bring a name brand to the firm, Suss said. "Tom has been pretty narrowly focused in the telecom space, so he's not as widely known as some of the other folks coming out of the government," he said.

Prior to joining AT&T in the late 1990s, Sisti served as a Senate Governmental Affairs Committee staff member.
