Boston advises governments on best practices and technologies and has campaigned to improve government certification of information assurance tools.
He led an effort at Combined Endeavor 2008 to develop new international standards that support radio interfaces, and he helped develop space-based IP networking to improve communications among space assets.
“Brad has continually pressed to deliver cutting-edge technology to the field by working with the information assurance testing community to accelerate the certification process and speed technology evolution," said Army Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Sorenson. "He has led efforts to forge a revamp of the [information assurance] test policies and procedures, focusing on meeting security needs in a manner that mirrors industry.”
