California Puts Finishing Touches on Electronic-Signature Regs
California Secretary of State Bill Jones' office this week is completing its review of written responses made to proposed electronic-signature regulations put forth by that office in May. Deputy communications director Alfred Charles said some minor changes will soon be made to the regulations, which provide for the use of public-key cryptography and signature dynamics technology.
