CIO committees

The CIO Council expects to approve its strategic plan for the next fiscal

year at its Sept. 21 meeting. A draft of the new plan is more detailed than

the existing one and assigns specific objectives to each committee.

The council committees are:

* Capital Planning and IT Management.

* Federal IT Workforce.

* Enterprise Interoperability and Emerging IT.

* Outreach.

* Security, Privacy and Critical Infrastructure.

* E-Government.
