Allan Holmes, editorial director for events and new projects at FCW Media Group, will become the Washington, D.C., bureau chief of CIO Magazine in July. Holmes has served in nearly every editorial role at Federal Computer Week during the past nine years, including managing editor and

editor-in-chief.

Stephen Rohleder was named chief operating officer at Accenture. Previously, he served as chief executive officer of the Government Operating Group, which just won the multibillion-dollar U.S. Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology program contract.

Stephen Kalish will join Crown Consulting Inc. as company president to spearhead strategic planning after 18 years at Computer Sciences Corp., where he served as president of the civil group in CSC's federal sector.
