Renny DiPentima will become chief executive officer of SRA International Jan. 1, 2005. He replaces Ernst Volgenau, founder of the government solutions company and its CEO for the past 26 years. Volgenau will remain chairman of the company, and DiPentima will continue as president in addition to CEO.

Linda Wilbanks is now chief information officer at the National Nuclear Security Administration. She had been the acting CIO at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.

Frank Cilluffo, former special assistant to the president for homeland security, joins SAFLink's board of directors.

George Newstrom, who stepped down from his post as Virginia's secretary of technology in October, is renewing ties with software developer IMC by taking a seat on the company's board of directors.
