GTSI names new VP of finance, controller
Perry Fabi will be responsible for the company’s financial reporting, tax and accounting policies and controls.
GTSI, a government information technology solutions provider, has named Perry Fabi vice president of finance and corporate controller.
Fabi will be responsible for the company’s financial reporting, tax and accounting policies and controls and will report to Joe Ragan, senior vice president and chief financial officer, GTSI said in a statement today.
Before joining GTSI Fabi was vice president and global controller at JP Morgan Chase Vastera, an international software company. He was responsible for financial reporting, tax and accounting controls for four domestic and 18 international entities.
He previously worked in executive financial and corporate controller roles at several telecommunications companies, including Radianz Americas, Inphonic, Broadband Office and Iridium.
“We are delighted to welcome Perry as part of the GTSI team,” Ragan said in the statement. “He brings over 20 years of experience in finance in the IT industry and has an exceptionally strong background in accounting, management and financial issues relating to turnaround companies. We see his strengths enhancing our financial organization.”
Fabi has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Duquesne University and a CPA certificate in Pennsylvania.
