Janey named civil government leader at Harris

Harris has hired Cheryl Janey, formerly a Northrop Grumman vice president, to lead its civil government communications programs. Janey will be based in Harris' Civil Programs headquarters in Falls Church, Va.

As president of the civil programs business unit in the Government Communications Systems Division, Janey will be a key player in the company's work of designing, deploying and managing communications and information networks, the company said.
