CGI Federal promotes two employees

Two CGI Federal employees have been promoted to vice presidencies, CGI Federal, a wholly owned subsidiary of CGI Group, announced today.

Rich Martin has been promoted to vice president for consulting and will lead CGI Federal's Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services account team and the Business Intelligence Service Line.

Kenyon Wells also has been promoted to vice president for consulting, and will lead CGI Federal's efforts with the Environmental Protection Agency.
