Bush to nominate new Air Force assistant secretary

President Bush intends to nominate John Gibson to be the Air Force's assistant secretary for financial management. Gibson is deputy undersecretary of Defense for management reform. Previously he was managing director of the DK Consulting Group. Earlier in his career, he was vice president and chief operating officer at Galbraith Electric. Gibson received two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from the University of Dallas.
