Former Northrop VP joins Perot Systems

Eugene "Lee" Carrick will lead the company’s Homeland Security Department, National Security and Defense Department divisions.

Eugene “Lee” Carrick, former vice president of Enterprise Solutions at Northrop Grumman Information Technology’s Civilian Agencies group, has joined Perot Systems’ government services unit as an executive vice president, leading the company’s Homeland Security Department, National Security and Defense Department divisions, the company announced Nov. 1. 


Carrick has more than 26 years of experience working in the intelligence, defense and civilian markets. Most recently, at Northrop Grumman, Carrick led a $480 million division, overseeing more than 1,500 workers. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, he led programs related to weapons systems acquisition, space operations, intelligence collection and mission support in the Air Force.
