Letter: Cronyism in pay for performance
A reader calls the new Defense Department personnel pay system a scam.
Regarding "Unions say NSPS rules could hurt DOD employees" : The scam of the new DOD personnel system is a few management officials are allowed use the yearly pay increase funds and the employee within grade pay increases money to pay whomever they want any any amount of money they want for what ever reasons they want and employees who are pay losers can do nothing about it.
Instead of labeling this pay system "pay for performance" it should be called "Cash for Cronies."
