Defense Department employees can find out how much of a raise they can expect through the National Security Personnel System next year.

The Defense Department has published a fact sheet that explains what raises people can expect next year under the department’s pay-for-performance National Security Personnel System, Fedline reports.

The raise is divided into three parts, involving a general salary increase, a local market supplement and a performance-based payout. However, DOD hasn’t announced how much each performance-based share will be so it’s not possible to calculate actual performance-based increases, Fedline said.
