The Air Force, citing ongoing fiscal concerns, is putting off a cyber and space conference that was set for next month.

The Cyber and Space Industry/Government Summit, which was previously scheduled for March 5th and 6th in Colorado Springs, Colo., “has been postponed until current federal budget uncertainties are resolved,” the service noted in a FedBizOpps posting. “It is anticipated that the summit will be held in the May/June 2013 timeframe; exact dates to be determined.”

Hosted by the Defense Business Initiative Tiger Team, the summit’s theme is “Addressing Acquisition Issues/Filling The Pipeline,” according to DBI’s conference website, which notes that this is the first year of the event. The posted agenda does not identify any planned speakers.
