A champion for CDM. In 2013, Rogers was the linchpin for the CIO Council's Information Security and Identity Management Committee and its efforts to help agencies identify the most challenging cybersecurity issues and find cost-effective ways to mitigate those risks. She spearheaded the development of the government's concept of operations for information security continuous monitoring by coordinating a cross-agency team to develop the standardized framework. Rogers has also been a tireless advocate for the Department of Homeland Security's continuous diagnostics and mitigation program; she worked closely with DHS and other agencies to emphasize the benefits of adopting CDM.
