Washington Technology has ranked the largest companies in the government market by their prime contract revenue for IT, systems integration, telecommunication, professional services and other high-tech functions.

Foreign Service seeks multi-language flashcard app
The State Department’s Foreign Service Institute is looking to supplement its classroom and online language training with a multi-language flashcard application that is cross-compatible on most major desktop, laptop and mobile environments used by its technologically diverse student community, GCN reports. In a sources sought notice, FSI said it seeks an app that lets both student and instructor create and manipulate content across a wide variety of activity types in a trackable format.
Nick Nayak leaving DHS
Department of Homeland Security Chief Procurement Officer Nick Nayak is leaving for the private sector. Washington Business Journal reports that Nayak plans to depart in early July, but could stay a bit longer "if the department needs a longer transition." No replacement has been named, and Nayak has not said exactly where he will land after taking a short break.
