Cedric Sims is a partner at Evermay Consulting Group, with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of acquisition and risk management, cyber security, capital planning, portfolio and program governance and systems engineering. He formerly served as Executive Director of the Office of Program Accountability and Risk Management at the Department of Homeland Security, and has also held leadership roles at the U.S. Secret Service.
