Letter: A little journalism 101 may be in order
A reader takes issue with a story that cites a GAO report without including the department's response.
Regarding "Navy ready to launch ERP system," your story ends on a sour note that is incomplete because the Navy and DOD did not agree with the idea that the four pilots did not result in benefits to the Department. In fact, that idea was thoroughly refuted by Paul Brinkley and if you had bothered to read that report you would be questioning the GAO summary.
