Under DEA’s Enterprise Management Services contract, SRA will provide a full range of operations and maintenance services to the Operations and Support Section of the agency’s Office of Information Systems. The SRA award calls for improving reliability and security by upgrading DEA’s IT infrastructure and providing more effective and responsive customer support.

The performance-based contract covers customer support services, IT security, network operations and change management services for more than 285 domestic and 85 foreign DEA locations.
