Regarding "Comptroller general to leave GAO for foundation," one reader writes: It is interesting that Walker is leaving the day before a congressional hearing that will make public the results of a GAO-wide survey of employee morale and GAO staff views on Walker's human capital changes. Hopefully in his new job he will not continue to promote himself as a 'human capital expert' after the mess he made at GAO, leading to the first union in the agency's history.
