Letter: Frequent traders should pay the costs

A reader says feds shouldn’t have to subsidize the day traders in the Thrift Savings Plan.

Regarding “Some participants protest new Thrift Savings Plan policy”: Fine, let them trade all they want, but let them pay the costs, too. The majority shouldn't have to subsidize day traders' costs.

Maybe they should be working and not scanning the markets all day.
