Regarding, "GSA cakewalking to its telework goal": Ms. Doan may accomplish her telework goals precisely because it's easy. It's easy because she is pushing downhill. The last thing General Services Administration personnel need right now is another excuse not to give their jobs full attention. Too bad GSA can't accomplish other goals such as implement an Alliant contract award and mod schedules on a timely basis, or standardize and make workable the agency's interpretations of regulations. What about the mission, Ms. Doan?
