Letter: Will DHS learn from other agencies?

A reader chimes in about DHS' Telework Pilot Program.

Regarding "DHS seeks model telework demonstration program"

So the Department of Homeland Security will hire a consultant who will probably ignore all of the lessons learned by the other federal agencies that have telework policies/programs and instead pay for the consultant to re-learn them, disseminate them to DHS and perhaps even make DHS pay to both develop the materials for instant access (and later retrieval).
