Ideas include everything from a focus on broad policy issues such as net neutrality and broadband access to a narrower focus on using technology to make government more efficient and transparent, as well for collaborating with the public.


There’s also increasing speculation about whether it will be a cabinet-level job, or one based inside the White House, the Post said.
