Letter: Contractor overseers must do more than check spelling

Regarding "Report: Contractors should get more oversight"

Yes, the contractors need more oversight, but the people doing the oversight need to know as much or more than the contractor on the subject of the project to assure proper completion. If the person doing the oversight can only spell check their work, you are doomed.
