FBI agents raided the D.C. government offices where Kundra used to work and arrested a former employee of his in a bribery sting.

FBI agents today arrested an information systems security officer for Washington, D.C., and a contractor as a result of a bribery investigation, the Washington Post reported.
Yusuf Acar, who worked in the Office of the Chief Technology Officer under Vivek Kundra, was taken into custody this morning, the Post reported. Kundra left D.C. government this month to become the federal chief information officer. FBI agents searched the CTO’s office about the same time Kundra was delivering a keynote speech at the FOSE trade show on his federal technology agenda. There has been no indication that Kundra himself is under any suspicion.
Also arrested was Sushil Bansal, a former D.C. employee and president and chief executive officer of Advanced Integrated Technologies, which has won several contracts with the district.
The exact charges have not been released, according to the Post story.
