For federal officials wondering if their agency’s website is user-friendly, General Services Administration officials are willing to help them figure that out, according to a new report.

GSA’s First Fridays Product Testing Program will review websites that receive a lot of traffic and have known flaws. A team of officials will scan the sites and discuss ways to improve them, GovernmentExecutive.com reported Dec. 13.

GSA officials say their reviews can help agencies meet new requirements for writing plainly with the public in mind and comply with transparency rules. Agencies that would like to take advantage of GSA’s services can e-mail Janelle.Thalls@gsa.gov to nominate their website for review.
