The Office of Management and Budget is looking to fill a quartet of IT jobs -- an IT specialist in data management and three performance analysts – within the Office of the Federal CIO.

The IT specialist post is a GS-15 position with top secret security clearance. The job entails working on OMB's MAX database, and developing standards, policies and procedures for the database. The IT specialist would also research how other software and database products could be applied to OMB's procedures.

The job is open to employees in the federal career transition programs and veterans' preference, and the application period closes June 1.

The posting lists a salary range between $131,767 and $161,900

Additionally, OMB is looking to hire a performance analyst at either the GS14 or GS15 levels with a secret security clearance. Responsibilities entail overseeing the IT portfolio for several federal agencies, reviewing agencies' major investments, reviewing the IT budget request and working with agency leadership and budget examiners to grade agency performance against OMB requirements.

The job offers a salary range between $112,021 and $161,900.

The other two performance analysts are between the GS11 and GS13 levels — one is open to all U.S. citizens, and calls for a top secret security clearance; the other is open only to merit promotion and veterans, and requires a secret security clearance.

The positions' listed duties include reviewing agencies' major investments, reviewing the IT budget request and working with agency leadership and budget examiners to rate agency performance against OMB requirements, as well as some oversight responsibilities.

Both list a salary range between $66,510 and $123,234.

The application period for all three performance analyst positions closes June 8.

All four of the positions are located in Washington, D.C., and none are eligible for relocation expenses.
